Hi there :-) I'm Miranda!

I'm passionate about designing experiences (tangible and digital) that make impact on our physical world. I'm particularly interested in the ability of technology to digitally augment our physical engagements and am always experimenting with emerging media in order to build out these interactions.

In the past, I worked on the Digital Technology & Innovation team at Siemens Healthineers. There, I contributed to the design of medical devices for patient and practitioner use.

I also studied Design at Carnegie Mellon University with minors in Physical Computing and Human-Computer Interaction. During this time, I worked as an interaction designer for the Learning Media Design Center, designing tools (including MakerCards!) that digitally augment our learning environments.
